How do I get data like phone number from clicking a list view connected to a database in Android and use the data on an call intent?

Am a newbie in Android programming so don't see as if the question am asking is weird to most of you gurus.Some things are not easy for all of us until we are helped. Please help me to get data e.g phone numbers into an intent from a listview that displays data of a db. I reaserched for about 4 months but I didn't get any help. My question is here How to get details of a CLICKED list item from android sqlite database and use the data (e.g phone number) to create a CALL or send SMS? so please give me help.
