How to implement the android ecommerce

I am new to android platform i am implementing a eCommerce app but till now i dint find any best tutorial so can please any one help me how to start.I need to create the layout everything need to start from the scratch the time is very less.I tried to load the ecommerce website in webview but it is taking lot of time to load the website
