Android - override the default functionality of incoming call screen

My application need to show a NEW OPTION on incoming call screen , after clicking on NEW OPTION new View will option. here is how it will work

1. Whenever a incoming call comes, incoming call screen will show new option beside the caller image (Please see the image below)

   2. on clicking on NEW OPTION next view will open no maters if u receive call or not**
