How can I make a popup menu like in this screenshot appear on button press?

I would like to create a popup box, like the one in this screenshot to appear upon button press within Android. But I have no idea have to do it, and I can't find any examples online.

I would like to use the popup box to hold buttons.

So any coding help would be fantastic :-)
