how send a clickable url in textview directly to download manager for download

First of all i have a bad english so i'm so sorry about it.

I write an android program that get html content of a web site and place it to a textview. It has some tags "a href.." That contain links, when i click these links the browser open and try to go... My question is how can i handle these links to directly go to dowload manager of phone to start download link which user clicked in textview. thanks and sorry
